If you are ordering only one stole, it must include no more than one block of text per side and no images. The system will allow designs that don't meet this criteria to go through, but we will cancel and refund these orders upon receiving them.
If you are ordering only one stole: It appears an image was added during the customization process. Any orders containing only one stole with an image will be cancelled and refunded. Please click "Back" then "Previous Page" to remove the image. If you have already removed the image, click "Submit" to proceed to your shopping cart.

Unique names or titles can be added to individual stoles for $10/stole. However, all personalizations must be on the same side of each of the stoles. Please contact us after your order with your list and we will add them to your order.
Up to two logos are included in the price of the stole. Additional logos can be added for $10 per logo per stole.
Turn around times can vary from 1-3 weeks, depending on the season. If we have the ability, we will offer expedited processing at checkout. Please choose one of these, if available, to receive your order sooner.

Our standard turnaround on custom stoles is two weeks from the time you approve your mockup, plus the shipping speed you choose at checkout. If you need your item more quickly, we recommend ordering blank graduation stoles and contacting a local provider to handle your customization.
We can often accommodate rush requests, but please do not continue to checkout with a shorter customization time unless you have confirmed this with our staff directly.
