We hope that students receiving an award like this at Davis Tech can have it be a life-changing experience. Not only does it provide financial assistance that can help alleviate the burden of tuition fees, but it also serves as a recognition of one's hard work and dedication. This award is specifically designed to help students who might otherwise have to retire from their chosen course of study due to financial difficulties make it the final mile. That is why we are proud to support Davis Technical College students with our Graduation Gown Award.

Scholarships often require applicants to demonstrate their academic excellence, extracurricular involvement, and community service, which makes receiving one a significant achievement. They can boost one's self-esteem and confidence, knowing that their efforts have been recognized and valued by others. Our Graduation Gown Award is awarded in conjunction with Davis Tech faculty who attempt to identify promising students who would have to drop out or take a break from their studies, many of whom never come back.
